DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

No. However, I can provide you with a "superbill".  You may directly submit a healthcare claim to your insurance for reimbursement with a superbill.  You are responsible to contact your insurance company and verify reimbursement and at what rate.

DO YOU OFFER A SLIDING SCALE RATE?

 I do have limited spots that are provided at a sliding scale rate. 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Life can be unpredictable: To avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. A credit card must be kept on file and will be charged the full session fee for late cancelations, and no-shows appointments.
